99265 - Javascript window.open opens maximized window (fixed after hitting restore)

After hitting teh about window in this ssidebar (it installs automatically after
hitting the link) opens a new window using javascript. This window should be
150x350 pixels, but it opens fullscreen (as do the netscape pop-ups). This is
really annoying.

I can confirm this when using the september 7 and 10 build on two different
systems (at work and at home)

There seemed to be an error in the URL given by the reporter:

If I was wrong, please reset to the original URL.

With the above attachment, the new window is maximized with build 2001091003 on
Win2k whereas IE6 opens it the right size.
