downloads button tooltip in the wrong place

Steps to reproduce:
If you add several items to the bar that contains the address bar, menu button etc and move the downloads button to the right you run in to this problem: download something then click the downloads button, right click the file that has downloaded and select "clear list".
Actual results:
The label that appears is not over the downloads button as seen in the attached screenshot. I'm using firefox 29 beta 5 with a new profile and new installation.
Expected results:
The tooltip show appear under the downloads button

I'm not sure why this is thought to be an Australis regression - it's not even clear it's a regression. Untracking.

This bug is solved with firefox 31.
