Styling within ::first-letter that is floated appears to shift the baseline compared with moving the styling into a span at the beginning of the line.

Compare the two tests under Windows GDI. The baseline of the reference is a pixel or two lower than the test.

Also fails on Linux.  The patches for bug 950526 will land with the reftests here marked failing for Win GDI/Linux.

When I try attachment 8402553 [details] with Firefox 52.8.0 ESR (under Linux Debian 9.4, 64-bit), I get exactly the layout in attachment 8402554 [details].
