Cursor flashes too fast.

Details
My cursor in text boxes is flashing at an insanely high rate. So fast it's not
drawing completely, and merely looks like a vertical flicker.

Reporter, also try a newer build. There was a problem with the text cursor over
the weekend, but it's been fixed.

Yep. Filed about 10 times these last two days.
