User Story

As a user, I want to be able to scroll the app grid on my home screen a section at a time so that it is not difficult to navigate to the app I am looking for when I have a long list.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Non-continuous scrolling interaction matches UX spec.

I believe that for 2.0 we have decided to go with continuous native platform scrolling for the homescreen. If there's anything else to do here let me know, but for now I think closing this as wontfix is the right thing to do.
