recipient text field becomes blank after being hidden by scrolling

Details
Upon entering a third recipient to a message being composed, the first recipient line scrolls up and becomes hidden. When you scroll back down, the text field is blank. When the message is sent, it is still sent to the first recipient, even though the address is no longer visible to the user. This gives a very bad user experience. The user cannot know whether or the first recipient has been lost. This bug can be reproduced as follows: 1. From Mail/News click on "New Message". 2. Type in a recipient address and hit "enter". 3. Type in a second recipient address and hit "enter". 4. Type in a third recipient address and hit "enter". At this point the address fields will scroll and the first recipient will become hidden. 5. Using the scroll bar, scroll back up to the top of the recipients. Note that the first recipient address typed has now disappeared. 6. Successive repititions of step 4 show that all recipient addresses disappear in this way once they become hidden. These steps assume that exactly four recipient address text fields appear at once in a compose window. Maybe this differs with window size. Using Linux trunk build 2001-09-10-06.

Confirming on Linux 2001091121. Note: that while you cannot see the names, they are still "there". I saved a draft and when I opened it up, the names re-appeared. Going through the same process however made them disappear all over agian.
