bug 991668 added a timeout(0) in BookmarkHTMLUTils to simulate next-tick promises resolution in Task.jsm and avoid a "too much recursion" error. Once Task.jsm is converted to the new promises, we should remove that workaround.
This was removed in bug 1148466.
