Description:
Making a call from the device will force close the Dialer app
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140408040204
2) Open Dialer app
3) Call a phone number
4) Observe
Actual:
The Dialer app force closes
Expected:
The Dialer app does not force close
