Description:
Power Save mode is used to reduce power consumption by turning off several power-hungry features. The mode can be toggled on manually by the user; however if the phone is plugged in (and charging) then the mode will automatically toggle OFF once the battery level has increased by 1% from its current level. The user might want to leave power mode enabled during charging to keep power consumption low thus reducing the overall charge time to charge the battery. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140407060052
2) Plug in device so it is charging (must be partially empty battery)
3) Toggle power save mode on
4) Wait until the current battery level % increases
Actual:
Power Save mode is automatically disabled
Expected:
Power Save mode will remain toggled ON to reflect user's preferences and allow them to easily leave high-energy consumption features disabled during charging.
