Description:
The user is unable to pair devices for Bluetooth. Selecting a device from Settings closes the app immediately.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140408040204
2) Open Settings-> Bluetooth
3) Switch toggle to On
4) Select the device to pair

Actual:
Settings app closes immediately, the user is unable to pair devices

Expected:
The user gets confirmation screen to proceed with pairing devices

Additional info: only affects pairing with another handset or computer (for sharing files)! The user is able to pair with the headset and rout phone calls.
