I put an orange badge strap at the bottom, and the line also becomes orange.

Maybe this is only visible on the device screen when it occurs? I can't see it in the images you attached.

The line in LineOrange.png is more visible, try zooming in on PC/Mac if it is not that visible in browser.

I just got guidance from product that Fugu is not a priority for 1.4

When we have dolphin targeted for a release, please re-test relevant fugu bugs and nominate if those bugs still exist there.
