Description:
Date and carrier information do not appear in status bar on homescreen. The date appears when notification screen is pulled down, but disappears on returning to homescreen. Issue occurs with 1, 2, and no SIM cards inserted into phone.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140409004001
2) Observe status bar on homescreen

Actual:
No date or carrier information present in status bar.

Expected:
Date and carrier information present in status bar.

The behavior reported can be seen on the latest v1.3 and v1.4 builds. There is no date and carrier information present in status bar. When the user swipes downwards on the status bar, the date and carrier information will then display.
