In the building block guidelines, a value selector with sub-headers should be available for use but upon investigations has not been built.

The Ringtones team needs this building block in order to complete a couple user stories. 

This component will be needed for 2.1.

Looks like I don't need this BB for the work I'm doing for ringtones after all. 

Rob/Harly - would you still find it useful to have sub-headers implemented in the value selectors?

I haven't received any request on having sub-headers in value selectors from other Apps; therefore, I would say we can close the bug for now. Thanks.

Since there doesn't seem to be a need for this - closing and clearing NI for Rob.
