This sounds terrible. :-( > Here are the most recent crash reports: > > bp-dfd5b9d9-7169-4b6f-be18-f3c402140410 4/9/2014 5:09 PM > 954bc902-4e90-4ef3-a026-f47ac7d8a462 4/8/2014 2:28 PM > bp-b9ccb3a7-3f83-49fc-8a03-bb4f32140408 4/7/2014 5:23 PM > 43bdcda1-63fd-4549-9af4-9bb09f563e3d 4/5/2014 11:21 AM > bp-da8a182d-a7c9-46cd-b400-7e9422140405 4/5/2014 9:58 AM These are very helpful. The stacks for the second and third linked crash say "yes", because they contain a bunch of norton DLLs. Reporter, could you clarify some of the following questions if you can, please? We've been trying to track down the cause of this issue for some time, and it'd be really helpful to get some more information. 1) do the crashes always happen on specific websites or when you take specific actions in Firefox (download a file, bookmark a site, click a link, ...) or is it totally random? Even if it seems totally random, do you know a set of steps that will crash Firefox every time? 2) Could you go to about:support, copy text to the clipboard, and paste the result in a comment here? I'm mostly interested in the "Extensions" section, so if you want to leave out the rest, that's OK. :-) 3) Do you remember if this was happening on the previously released version of Firefox (27.0.1) as well? Thank you!
