Add a call during in-call status (bad UX).jpg
When users are on the in-call status, they can tap the "add call" button to make another call. When they tap the button, we shall ALWAYS display the contact list page.
Actual: It will display the last page where the user left the Contact APP (might be contact list, contact settings or a contact's detail).

I was sloppy and forgot to squash my commits.
So reverted in https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/2cafc39175a60830d248986358ee243983db247a but landed again in https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/0b2120f593fdf703d9d748ae0cca547590cc4fe9.
