"Nightly" text in location bar for about:config is dark-blue on black with dark Linux theme (Mediterranean Darkest) The similar text for validated secure site shown on white background. Can same be done here too?

Copying an important detail from the duped bug:
This is also true when light lightweight theme is selected from the list of suggested lightweight themes, while system uses a dark GTK theme.

I think we should remove the ifdefs for Nightly and Aurora here: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/annotate/7753c52d5976/browser/themes/shared/identity-block.inc.css#l27 They're kind of broken (hence this bug) and prevent us from dogfooding the visual style we ship to end users.
