This is also true when light lightweight theme is selected from the list of suggested lightweight themes, while system uses a dark GTK theme.

I think we should remove the ifdefs for Nightly and Aurora here: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/annotate/7753c52d5976/browser/themes/shared/identity-block.inc.css#l27

They're kind of broken (hence this bug) and prevent us from dogfooding the visual style we ship to end users.
