tegra-161
tegra-198
tegra-202
tegra-203
tegra-204
tegra-205
tegra-275

All of the tegras are mentioned in bug 928122, which has never been worked on. Adding them to buildbot-configs is at least one step in the right direction.

I can't find any information about the pandas, but they exist in inventory and appear to be pingable.

Not sure why they are missing, perhaps they were allocated to testing for a while and then not returned.  As an aside panda-0257 is listed as decommissioned in inventory and isn't pingable so it probably shouldn't be included. Other than that the patch looks okay.
