We're currently running Fedora and EC2 reftests side-by-side on trunk branches, and they're running green. We have a separate issue in which we need to get ssltunnel added to xre.zip for B2G emulator mochitests; this blocks bug 907770. The fedora slaves that we're using are 32-bit, so as long as we're running the tests on them, we need a 32-bit version of ssltunnel. But, the 32-bit version fails to run on the 64-bit EC2 instances the rest of the tests use. If we disable the reftests on the Fedora slaves on all trunk branches, we can then use a 64-bit of ssltunnel on the mochitests, and everything should be ok.
