99496 - Changing the Mail Start Page preference, causes problems with Message Pane after Repy window is up.

Using build 2001-09-13 branch on windows, if I change the Mail Preference Start
Page to something else (I used http://www.abcnews.com) after bringing up a Reply
To compose window you won't see the correct messages displayed in the message
pane.  This bug may be 98732 again, but not sure.  That bug was resolved fixed
but a new comment indicates it came back with the 9-10 build.  

1. Launch app and change the preference for the Mail Start Page to
http://www.abcnews.com  then exit app and relaunch.
2. Open Mail and click on a message, select Reply To
3. Close the Reply To compose window and select another message.

Result:  The message pane does not change, does not display the selected message
Expected:  The message pane to display the newly selected message.

Resizing doesn't help.
Workaround, Restore Default Start Page.

I wasn't able to reproduce this on a mozilla build (pulled on 9/16). It could be
commercial only or it's gone away.

I may take this off the eMojo stop list if I can't come up with a fix for it
soon. I could only reproduce the problem on abcnews.com. abc.com worked,
espn.com worked, cnn.com worked among others.

mail/newsgroup) causes my Mozilla installation to hang.

Using build 20020405 on winxp and linux this bug reared it's ugly head again
masked as breakage of the message pane.  There are 2 more pages to add to the
list: nbcnews.com and our very own aol.com. 
 Note:I don't se the hang lukas is reporting with the 2-4-2002 build.

This bug has not been touched for nearly 2 years. In most cases, that 
means it has "slipped through the net".
Could someone please take a moment to add a comment to the bug with current
status, and/or close it.
