Recent pictures from the camera can be viewed in the filmstrip. Pictures do not display correctly when viewed in the filmstrip, the image is compressed on the x axis.

Repro Steps: 
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140411004003
2) Launch Camera
3) Take a picture
4) Tap on picture in filmstrip to view in fullscreen.

Actual:
The image is compressed on the x axis.

Expected:
Pictures display with the proper aspect ratio.

Issue does not reproduce on 1.3 buri, repros on 1.3T

triage: the photo with filmstrip seem to have scaled down due to the room needed for filmstrip. the user is still seeing the complete picture. let's not block on this
