Matt, I added some more comments on the copy doc. After flowing the copy into the design, some of it feels a little too short, and a little too high level. I think there's space in the design to be a bit more specific and explanatory. See the copy so far in the design: https://redpen.io/vm6d6927d94c4bbea5 Brett can you please review this soon? I am blocked on this for completing the design.

Hah, yeah that is too funny (not sure I've ever asked for more copy!). Yeah the top section especially feels sparse. If you'd like, you could just write directly as comments in that redpen link so we can be sure we're talking about the same blocks of content. Whatever works.

Matt, this is good. I might suggest some small tweaks for page balance and localization, but let's assess when Kate has implemented the new copy. Filed a new implementation bug here: bug 997176
