The Tarako Marketplace (TMP), as a hosted app, currently doesn't have the ability to detect the region. In case another market comes online before TMP becomes a packaged app (that CAN detect its region), we should pass region and lang. (CCing mat since he said we were pretty heavy on GET already, since we developed from a single page app.)
