[Reproduce Steps]
1. Launch Music app
2. Play any music
3. Make a phone call to Tarako and pick it up
4. Hang up the phone within 4 seconds

[Expected Result]
Tarako resume to music and play normally
---------------------------------------------
[Actual Result]
If hang up within 4 seconds, resume to music will get no any sound; Music app is killed in the background.

Bug 987022 fixed this for 1.3t.

Yes, but that's the best we can do now...or we need to move lots of music code into system app.
