Steps to reproduce:

1. Opened Private Window
2. Loaded a PHP page that set a session variable
3. Opened a new private window
4. Checked for that session variable


Actual results:

The session variable was set.


Expected results:

The session variable should NOT have been set.

This is 117222 if PHP is using session cookies; if it's using a URL parameter, it should just work out of the box.
