do the check for any recipients in the .js, not in the back end. according to varada, we do the check for recipients in the compose back end. we should be doing this in the compose front end js.

Related work was done by :aceman in Bug 68784. Perhaps this has been fixed or is wfm?
This bug is so old maybe nobody knows what it actually wants. But yes, these days TB checks recipients in the JS and also in the backend. Not sure about Seamonkey but I think they want to port the TB patches too. So probably this bug has no value today.
