 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 Opening an SDP video streaming link leads to an error page which says "Well, this is embarrassing. We tried to display this Web page, but it's not responding."
 
 Videos cannot be played via SDP.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. Using the device's browser, go to the VQG test server:
 Link:	http://tiv-dmz.homeip.net	
 User:	VQGTester	
 Password:	VQG8017	
 
 2. Go to
 VQG->MSM->MSM.1-6 - Basic Video Streaming
 
 3. Select one of the SDP links.
 
 Note: checked with PC browser that content is available.

As I know, we don't support Video streaming in v1.3

1. No. RTSP video is not supported in v1.3 and 1.4.
2. The description of this bug is not directly related to the video feature.
   It's another story.
   I think this is a duplicate of bug 929907.
