Details

Unicode -> EUC-KR converter doesn't support 8byte seqeunce
representation of Hangul syllables not directly covered
by 2byte KS X 1001 sequence. This could be useful to render
UTF-8 encoded pages with Hangul precomposed syllables
(other than 2350 in KS X 1001) with a font which has only
glyphs for 2350 precomposed syllables. This is not of concern
to MS-Windows 95/98/NT/2000 (as they have Hangul fonts
covering the full repertoire of Hangul syllables) but is of importance to
MacOS and Unix/X11(and MS-Windows 3.1x)
