Details

HTML "enhanced" e-mail can cause the browser to attempt to try to grab images and other information when reading e-mail. This allows the spammers to verify your e-mail address when you reads the message. It would be very helpful to be able to disable this type of activity in e-mail, possibly with a cookie-like system of allowing the load for particular addresses.
