996184 - [B2G][FTU]Buttons are cut off along bottom in account creation section of FTU

The 'Firefox accounts' section of the FTU does not display appropriately. The 'Back' and 'Next' buttons are cutoff along the bottom of the screen. Similarly, the buttons do not look correct. They still display in the square style from 1.4.

Note: This issue only occurs after flashing or resetting the device. It does not occur when launching FTU from the developer menu.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140414040203
2) Proceed through FTU until the page titled 'Firefox Accounts'.
3) Tap on 'Create Account or Sign In' button.
4) Observe 'Next button' at bottom of page, and all subsequent buttons in Accounts section.

Actual:
The buttons are cut off along the bottom of the screen, and the buttons display in the rectangular visual style from 1.4.

Expected:
Buttons are not cutoff, and are visually similar to all other FTU buttons. (rounded edges, etc)

Ah, this is same as the bug 994725 i raised, which blocks 996101.  Jason, should we close this since that bug is being handled by Jared?
