STR:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Start the UI tour.
Actual Results:
The blue circle highlights are displayed wrong (except for the Addons one, that's usually ok). I didn't resize the browser or click anywhere, except for the next buttons of the tour. (I reproduced this bug, closed the tour, restarted it in minimized mode and reproduced it again). - Please see the attachment for more details.
Notes:
1. I only reproduced this issue on Ubuntu 13.04 32bit (using an Intel i5 machine with Intel HD 4000 graphics card).
2. I can reproduce this issue on Firefox 29, 30 and 31.

In the future please be more descriptive than "wrong"/"not…right" otherwise everyone who comes to the bug has to download and extract a zip file to know what the problem is.

Hm, I can't reproduce this with 12.04. I'm not sure what would be different between 12.04 and 13.04.

I don't have access to a machine with 12.04 but I tried reproducing the bug on a machine with 12.10 and the bug was not reproducible. It appears that the bug is OS related for now I managed to reproduce it on 13.04 x86 and 13.04 x64.

I just tested with 13.10 x86 and was unable to reproduce. I'm running 13.10 in a VM on my Windows8 HiDPI machine. I will try to reproduce after disabling HiDPI to see if that is preventing the bug from appearing (or making it too subtle).

I accidentally upgraded to 14.04 before testing without HiDPI on 13.10. I can't reproduce the problem with 14.04 (which now supports HiDPI).
I'll unassign myself, hoping that someone else who can reproduce the problem can put together a fix.
