Description:
The events that are set to end a few minutes before or after extend past the the time grids.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140415004002
2) Open Calendar app
3) Set an offline event between 1pm - 10:59pm
4) Proceed to the Week view

Actual:
The event extends the time fields set on the week page

Expected:
The event to not extend the time fields on the week page

This should be fixed on 2.0 master (we changed the layout during visual refresh).

this should be fixed after we land the 5-day week view (v2.1) - my patch already does the proper clamping.

PS: on v2.0 it is not as bad as 1.4 (only 3 pixels longer than it should).
