Description:
When user launches Contacts app the title in the header (i.e. "Contacts") appears briefly before disappearing. This can be replicated by closing the Contacts app fully using the card view task manager, then reopening app.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140415040201
2) Launch Contacts app

Actual:
Contacts app title in header disappears.

Expected:
Contacts app title in header does not disappear.

This issue no longer reproduces on the latest Master M-C build. I flashed to the reporter's build date and can confirm that I was able to reproduce it on the 20140415040201 build.
