I think it's been fixed with upgrading to the latest version of the SDK. Closing.

I think this is still here, STR:
1) Receive an incoming call & accept it
2) Accept permissions before the other side does.
Actual results -> your video is cut-off at the top of the window.

Oh, so it's not flickering, it's bad positioning. Updating bug title.

This now works for me. I think we fixed it at some stage.
