To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Select Bookmarks | Manage Bookmarks
- In the Bookmarks window, select File | Close

Result: Nothing happens.

Expected result: The window closes.
Component: UE/UI → XPApps
Hardware: PC → All
doesn't work on MacOS 8.5(1999071417) either. Other menuitems within that menu are preceded by an 'x' to indicate that they
aren't yet functional but close is not as it used to work, so this represents a regression. Changing component and cc'ing Don I
forget who is doing the menus nowadays but I bet he knows.

I have checked in a work around. I now create the bookmarks window from
javascript. This is probably how we should open the window anyway.
Unfortunately, apprunner crashes right after you close the window.
