We would like to link up some of the words in the interstitial so users can learn more. Eric will add a list of the words and their destination to this bug.

Flod - I wanted your advice on the above - specifically with regards to l10n.

The above request is to add hyperlinks to some of the copy. None of the copy is changing.

Am i correct that this would flag these as new strings?

Yes, this break "string freeze" unfortunately. They will be considered as new strings and displayed in English until localized.
