As per the mock: https://bug965548.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8367611 Be careful - on some devices where the url bar expands, it may now need to shrink. :\
This is up in the air - Lucas is unsure whether or not we want to add text to the url bar: it creates clutter, l10n issues, and reduces the amount of space you have for editing text. wes brought up the possibility of a UI that switches to icons the more you use them (though he does not know if previous experiments at this have worked well :P).
I don't think we're interested in doing this on phone (see comment 1).
