997718 - Provide better filtering for saved form data

On Firefox desktop, my saved form inputs seem to understand what website they belong to. 

When I sync this data to my browser on Android, this context seems to be lost. This means that when I try to sign into a site on Fennec where I have a saved username and password, I am presented with what appears to be *every* username I have ever entered into such a form, and not just the one for this website (see screenshot). 

We should be trying to match the desktop behaviour here, and only show information that is relevant to that particular URL.

Bug 745409 is the probably-will-never-be-fixed bug to sync enough form history metadata to make this possible.

(It'll only be fixed if we're willing to break compatibility with existing clients, which is why it's wired into the Storage Format 6 bug tree.)

We literally only sync the field name and the field value, so it's pretty tough for Fennec to do anything better here.

It's a pretty brutal experience. If we want people to take our sync experience seriously, we need to find a way to make this better.
