Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140314220517
Steps to reproduce:
Put Firefox into OS X (Mountain Lion+) fullscreen mode by pressing the fullscreen button on the top right.
Surf to some website that has its "own" fullscreen mode, e.g. a PDF file with PDF.js or a Flash video on Youtube.
Exit that "in-site" fullscreen mode, e.g. by using the normal "exit fullscreen" button on Youtube.
Actual results:
The "in-site" fullscreen exits (as expected) but Firefox exits OS X fullscreen mode AS WELL.
Expected results:
Only the "in-site" fullscreen mode should have been exitted from, i.e. Firefox should have stayed in OS X fullscreen mode.
Sorry, this doesn't seem to be the case for Youtube, but it's definitely the case for PDF.js.

Thanks for the report! Another report about this was already triaged by the Firefox team, so I'm marking this one duplicate.
