I propose we start with the following for now, and finalize the GA-acceptable list before we cut to Aurora. If you feel strongly that we should change any of these, comment here and we can work it out.

* Wikipedia (main page or per locale if we can do per locale easily?)
* EFF

I'll work on figuring out who needs final approval say on the GA list and start that process.
