the image tag I in the file uses a percentage value for height, rather than
pixels. The image is not displayed. If I delete the height, or replace it with a
pixel value, it is correctly displayed. THe same occurs with width.
This contradicts the HTML 4.01 recommendatatin

Please test with more recent builds... this is fixed on the trunk (though not in
0.9.4)
