9980 - Bookmarks - Only two columns for beta.

Platform: Windows 98 (haven't tried Mac OS or Linux, but the problem is
presumably cross-platform)

To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Select Bookmarks | Manage Bookmarks…

Result: A window is created with four column headers: Name, URL, Shortcut URL,
and Description. This does not make sense; having both URL and Shortcut URL
seems redundant and confusing.

Expected result: 4.x browsers just have "Location (URL)" instead of both of
those options. I would expect the nomenclature to stay the same in 5.x for
usability's sake.

It's a new feature. Hence the additional UI. Pick a bookmark with some incredibly long url and select Edit|Bookmark Properties. In
the shorcut field type something like 'myshortcut'. Close the bookmark window and type 'myshortcut' in the location toolbar and
press return. Voila like magic your bookmarked page appears.

Reopening. According to the spec, the column header should be 'Keyword' and not
'Shortcut URL'.

german please make sure the wording as suggested here, then assign to proper FE
to fix it.

slamm netxt time you touch the bookmarks windoiw code, can you please remove all
columns from the bookmarks manage window (execpt for two: Name and URL)) for
beta one in order to increase performance, as has been discussed with
jevering/hyatt. Thanks!
