Details

the chrome page about:sync-tabs loads so slowly that I initally thought the page was broken.

Using old sync on win8, but not sure that's relevant.
Depends on: fxe10s
Page loads fine for me on 29, using new sync. Pretty slow internet connection too, about 10mbps.

we were seeing slow load times during peak hrs (8am-1pm PST) last week, possible dupe of bug 1008998 . Ops has been moving users off of some of the slower nodes last week.
