Repro Steps:
1) Update a tarako to BuildID: 20140415004002
2) 2) Enable WAP Push in Settings > Message setting on DUT.
3) Open NowSMS on PC, go to "OMA provisioning content". Fill in following items (please refer to the carrier's settings of your SIM card, following example is for CHT in Taiwan.) then send to DUT. 
   A.) Connection Type: GPRS 
   B.) Settings Name: CHT_emome 
   C.) GPRS Access Point Name: emome 
   D.) WAP Proxy IP Address : 10.1.1.1 
   E.) WAP Proxy Port: 8080 
   F.) Home Page URL: http://wap.emome.net/ 
   G.) OTA PIN:1234 
   H.) OTA PIN Type: Check User PIN
4) Open the message.
5) Enter the PIN code and press Accept button.
6) Press "Store".
7) Go to Settings > Cellular & Data > Data settings on DUT.

Actual:
Message says APN has been stored in data or message settings, but does not appear there

Expected:
A newly created APN appears in data or message settings

The above issue does not occur on buri 1.3

AFAIK this scenario should work though we didn't test on a DSDS device before so something might be amiss. Could you please re-run this test using this branch instead of the regular v1.3t branch and attach the resulting logcat output?

Right - we should check if this happens on 1.3 Fugu as a point of comparison.

Eric - Can you check to see if this happens on 1.3 Fugu?

Hi,Harris,
Which SIM do you send the configuration messages to? Fugu receive these configuration messages and stored them not in the right place. I will file another bug for this. (Dolphin and Flame are not ready for testing yet.)

Here are my results:
Case 1. Sending to SIM1
Config stored in wrong place, in Settings -> Cellular & Data -> "SIM1" -> Data Settings

Case 2. Sending to SIM2
Same as above, also stored in SIM1's settings.
