Description:
When you receive a call and miss it a notification will be added to your notification menu. If you access the dialer any missed notifications will be erased from your notification menu.
Notes - similar to bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=926318 - the same issue but written up for Helix and resolved fixed
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140417004002
2) Receive a phone call but do not answer
3) Once you have received the missed call notification open the dialer app
Actual:
Missed call notifications are erased
Expected:
notifications will not be erased until accessing the notification menu (or perhaps the call log section of the dialer)

This is expected behavior in 1.3, old-style notifications are always cleared when launching an app, see bug 890440 for more information.
