Steps to reproduce:

Bootstrap 3 column with float:none and pull/push classes

Actual results:

pull/push classes don't work (they're left and right percent positions)
menu (green box) still on left on desktop resolutions


Expected results:

pull/push classes should work
menu (green box) should be on right on desktop resolutions

All other browsers behave correclty

Modified the demo to make it simpler, now the problem can be seen at all resolutions

Additionally on mobile resolutions the width of the columns are not right (like on internet explorer)

Additionally img-responsive doesn't work with this solution

The min-width of .img responsive doesn't work with the display:table trick, width:100% is needed on firefox
