Sean M. is putting together an email newsletter template for the Affiliates program. We need to get it in code and integrated with our newsletter management tools. Jessilyn, can you advise on next steps?

Hey JessD,

If we want to proceed for launch with only using the second module in this template, can we still provide to you the PSD with copy and just have the developer not use modules 1 & 2?

Sure thing! We can also have the dev code all modules (so we have the code on hand to use for future emails), and just use the modules of code that you want for a particular email send.

Let me know your timing and how you'd like to proceed. I recommend having the whole thing coded at once if you have some wiggle room in your timeframe.

We're planning to launch the new affiliates website in the next 10 days. 

We agreed in a recent affliates dev meeting that we could launch the site without a newsletter template, and would send a text-only newsletter if need be. 

Given that, what's the most likely timeframe for having this coded completely? Does getting it coded partially change the timeframe at all?

Hey JessD,

Here are the templates. We have 2. A shortened one for launch and an extended one with other formatted modules for an ongoing newsletter. The short one for launch is more pressing since as Justin mentioned we may want to launch as early as Thursday.

Copy should be approved by JessO soon.

1) URLs (with any tracking you'd like)
2) Sample Tweet text

Hey JessD, looks good to me! I would like for JessO to weigh in before we blast.
As for the social channels, there are no Affiliates channels, so please just have it link to the main /Firefox ones.
