Settings that are exposed in the Toolbox Settings Panel are docced in the Toolbox docs, but settings that don't (yet) have a home there are just docced wherever. We should have a "settings reference" that has everything you might need to tweak in one spot, rather than tying it to a particular bit of UI. It could refer to the devtools.blah preference, and the Settings UI if it's also in there, and should indicate whether the setting is experimental or internal.
This would be good to have. I wouldn't be surprised if we found some settings that aren't used anymore when going through the process of documenting them. A specific example that would be nice to have right now would be the devtools.editor.keymap (vim|emacs|sublime), since we don't have a UI for setting this yet.
