User taps Settings App, SIM Manager, and lastly SIM security. When user selects a SIM PIN that is not valid (i.e. no SIM is within the device slot selected), a blue highlighted effect displays. User expectation would be a device area that is not eligible at a given time to not glow similar to the way when a device area is eligible and glows. This could lead to confusion for the novice/new user in terms of expectations.

Prerequisites – 

Have a SIM card in either slot SIM Card 1 or SIM Card 2 but not both

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Tarako to BuildID: 20140418014001
2) Tap Settings App and select SIM Manager
3) Tap SIM security
4) Tap either SIM 1 PIN or SIM 2 PIN (whichever one is not within the slot within the device)

Actual:
Blue light highlights over area

Expected
Nothing. Light should not illuminate for an invalid selection as no SIM is within that slot.

This issue does not reproduce on Buri 1.3 as SIM PIN 2 is not an option on this build. Likewise, when SIM Security is selected (as a greyed out option) it does not illuminate on this build.

The 1.3 testing isn't really valid here - this feature is only supported on a DSDS device.
