998579 - Jabber contacts added remain in "Other Contacts", even when added to visible tags

Steps to reproduce:

1. Receive contact request from another user, under my Jabber account.
2. Accept the user's request.
3. User appears under the "Other Contacts" list, since users sending me contact requests that I accept have no tags by default.
4. Add a visible tag to that user.


Actual results:

User shows up under that tag, but remains under "Other Contacts". As there is no way to manually hide the "Other Contacts" list or manually remove the user from that list, I have to restart Thunderbird in order to make the user disappear from "Other Contacts".


Expected results:

The user should disappear from the "Other Contacts" list upon being added to a visible tag and therefore displayed under that tag's respective list, and if this was the only user under "Other Contacts", the "Other Contacts" group should also disappear.

Just to be certain: Are you using Thunderbird or Instantbird? Which version?
