Seen while running on Open C using:

STR:
1. Have a .vcf file on the SD card
2. Attempt to import those contact either from FTU or from Contacts App Settings

Expected: Contacts would be imported
Actual: Error message received "Could not import contacts from memory card"

Logcat attached. .vcf file on card has been used successfully in many other smoketests with no issues. Also pulled out that SD card and testing in Buri and import worked fine with same file.

It turns out that my SD card was not the default for some reason - but the error messaging would never have let me know that. Morphing this bug into improving the error messaging for end users. Also, another data point is that if this happens after flash, during First Run the user wouldn't have been able to import contacts since it seems it defaulted to Internal Memory on this device. I am going to check behavior on other devices that have both Internal Memory/SD card choice. This wasn't an issue on Buri because it didn't have both.
